Children’s art against violence!

Smorgon local YWCA in frames of the celebration of the international day for the elimination of violence against women and 16 days against gender violence announced a competition “Under the blue sky” among students of 10 to 13 years old of the art department of Children’s Art School.

On December 12, 2008 the results were announced and the winners received prizes.

The Grand prize were taken by Alexandr Khalimonchik (third year student). Besides the first three prizes there were following nominations:
For the best realization of the idea;
for professionalism;
the most vivid piece of art;
choice of the audience;
