A visit to Svyato-Vvedensky Convent in Bogushy village

On May 18^th  2008 in frames of YWCA Day celebration Smorgon regional YWCA had visited Svyato-Vvedensky Convent in Bogushy village. Members and volunteers of Smorgon YWCA, as well as many other women took part in this pilgrimage. The aim of the visit was to meet Mother Elisaveta, the mother superior of the convent, which is known for her strong spirit. Our talk was friendly and sincere. We were met as closest people, and we've got satisfying answers to our questions. Thus we got spiritual support for us and for our organization.   We suggested to do volunteer work on the territory of the convent, and this suggestion was welcomed. We got the blessing from mother Elisaveta for our public activities. She approved the charity work we are doing to help women to solve their problems. We will continue our visits to mother Elisaveta.
